Oral presentation speaker briefing notes
The aes19 conference committee welcome your contribution to this year’s International Evaluation Conference. In order to ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, a number of services and facilities will be provided for you. Please download the instructions and take the time to read these to ensure your presentation is successful.

Conference Proceedings
Your conference PowerPoint presentation is automatically published in the online Conference Proceedings. You can withdraw your consent and/or make amendments until 30 September 2019. All conference presentations are to be checked into the speaker preparation room at the ICC Sydney and must be formatted as follows:
- File type: Microsoft PowerPoint (Windows or Apple Macintosh versions)
- PowerPoint format:
- 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio format (this setting is found in Page Setup)
- Landscape
If you later alter your presentation for publication in the online proceeding should be submitted, no later than 30 September, in
- MS Word
- MS PowerPoint, or
- Adobe PDF format
