Accommodation booking conditions
- Payment online is not required at the time of your booking. However, credit card details will be required to guarantee your booking. Once your booking has been received a payment authorisation form will be provided by email along with your booking confirmation.
FULL PAYMENT will be required on check-in at the hotel and a tax invoice provided on check-out. - Cancellations:
Up to 14 August – full refund
From 15 August to 30 August – penalty of one night’s accommodation value
From 1 September – 100% cancellation fee. - A change of name is possible up until 1 September 2019
